Description
The VBT-BI „Band internal“ is a band-based monostrand post-tensioning system for bondless internal applications.

- Limited exchangeability (strand without sheating)
Installation
The pre-manufactured monostrands are directly placed beside the reinforcement into the formwork. In comparison the traditional systems, using ducts and subsequent grouting, each monostrand already has a full working corrosion protection during the installation. Because each single monostrand is fully protected against corrosion by its own layer of corrosion protection grease and covered by HDPE sheathing this systems becomes very tough in typical construction site conditions.
